📋 Description

• Own the global transaction services platform, including operating model, governance, and delivery standards • Establish and maintain standardized transaction processes, playbooks, templates, and controls across all regions • Ensure consistent execution of transactions from demand intake through close and handoff to lease administration • Advise finance, legal, risk, and EH&S partners • Own transaction outcomes and transaction services reporting • Manage KPIs, metrics, Control Tower support, cycle time, savings, and risk indicators • Provide regular executive-level reporting to leadership and business stakeholders • Ensure data integrity and alignment across functions and systems • Govern and manage the performance of the global transaction management partner • Manage SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, performance reviews, issue resolution, and resource planning • Oversee commission guidance, structures, tracking, accuracy, transparency, and compliance • Resolve commission disputes or variances with finance and legal • Identify performance gaps, delivery risks, and resource misalignment • Escalate issues and address underperformance by transaction managers or brokers • Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across transaction services • Improve execution speed, cost efficiency, value realization, risk mitigation, flexibility, data quality, and handoffs • Leverage technology, analytics, and automation to modernize transaction delivery • Serve as Corporate Portfolio Manager for the global Corporate real estate portfolio • Monitor capacity, utilization, lease expirations, option events, business risk, cost exposure, and flexibility • Translate business needs into executable projects • Align transactions with portfolio strategy, workforce plans, and capital objectives • Surface issues, opportunities, and tradeoffs to leadership • Develop, ensure quality of, and approve real estate business cases

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 14+ years of experience in corporate real estate transactions, portfolio management, or enterprise real estate leadership • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree • 10+ years’ experience operating at global scale within a large, matrixed organization • 8+ years’ experience governing third-party service providers and holding them accountable to performance standards • Financial, commercial, and risk acumen with deep understanding of lease structures and transaction economics • U.S. citizenship is required • Security clearance is not required • Preferred: experience building or transforming transaction management platforms • Preferred: data-driven, process-focused, and continuously improvement-oriented • Preferred: experience balancing speed, rigor, and stakeholder expectations • Ability to travel up to 20–30%
