• Collaborate with teammates to develop, enhance, and support multiple applications across the organization • Work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions • Communicate ideas clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present solutions understandably • Partner with customers, solution architects, and peers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technical solutions • Build foundational understanding of business processes to align solutions with operational needs • Help teammates implement technical solutions and troubleshoot issues • Develop and maintain full-stack technical solutions for business challenges at Raytheon Digital Technology’s OSQC Digital Solutions group
• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience • Front-end development experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks such as Angular or React • CSS experience with Bootstrap, Font Awesome, or similar technologies • JavaScript experience with AngularJS, jQuery, or similar technologies • Back-end development experience with Java, Python, .NET, MVC frameworks, and ORM tools • Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Pytest, or XUnit • U.S. citizenship required to access information under the program/contract • Proficiency in analysis and problem-solving • Experience with relational database management systems such as Oracle, MariaDB/MySQL, and/or SQL Server • Agile software development and CI/CD experience preferred • Working knowledge of object-oriented design patterns, cloud-native architecture, and database automation tools such as Liquibase or EF Core Management preferred • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate oral/written communication skills preferred
