📋 Description

• Lead procurement efforts supporting multiple programs within the Product Support business area • Foster supplier relationships and administer subcontracts across the acquisition life cycle • Engage in supplier performance, relationship management, and strategic sourcing • Facilitate complex business agreements supporting various contracts • Resolve medium/high-complexity issues in accordance with FAR/DFAR and corporate compliance requirements • Nurture relationships with first-tier subcontractors • Provide Supply Chain support for gate and metrics reviews • Perform procurement and supplier management for U.S. Government and commercial contracts • Issue RFQs/RFPs, conduct negotiations, and manage suppliers • Administer high-dollar and complex material and service procurements and subcontracts • Perform source selection, price analysis, negotiations, and supplier-risk identification • Communicate requirements to suppliers and manage performance against cost, schedule, and quality requirements • Partner with program offices to resolve sourcing issues • Monitor procurement reports and drive company metric performance • Train peer procurement professionals as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience • U.S. citizenship required • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field preferred • Project planning and management skills, such as MS Project and EVMS • Experience with development-type procurement and major subcontracts • Experience in a SAP-based environment • Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services, including SOW review • Familiarity with ITAR • Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with FAR/DFARS • Experience with written contractual authorization/vehicles, including Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price • Experience assessing proposal compliance under FAR 15.4
