📋 Description

• Lead sourcing and acquisition of materials and services for DoD, FMS, and DCS customers • Manage supplier performance and the full purchase order life cycle, including supplier development, solicitations, award, post-award management, and closeout • Manage supplier relationships supporting factory material needs • Prepare and issue requests for proposals • Place medium-complexity purchase orders in compliance with FAR/DFAR and corporate requirements • Support negotiation strategies and formal negotiations covering price, delivery, scope, and terms and conditions • Perform price and cost analysis for proposals • Maintain professional business relationships with first-tier subcontractors • Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management teams • Maintain purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery information • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or a similar role • U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations • SAP/PRISM-based environment experience preferred • Experience reviewing technical requirements for procured hardware and services, including Statements of Work, preferred • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) preferred • Experience with written contractual authorization/vehicles such as Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price preferred
