📋 Description

• Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand role requirements and support sourcing and selection strategies • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and critical-skill roles • Source candidates using Yello and other enterprise tools, managing candidate progress throughout the recruiting process • Review resumes and candidate qualifications while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal guidelines • Use Talent Acquisition tools and systems, including Workday and Yello, to maintain accurate candidate data and process consistency • Apply labor-market awareness and relevant data to support hiring discussions and sourcing plans • Support cross-functional projects and contribute to Talent Acquisition improvements • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining responsiveness to time-sensitive hiring needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 6 years of experience • Experience in recruiting or Human Resources with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting • Current or prior experience recruiting for Pratt & Whitney or RTX preferred • Experience sourcing passive talent using recruiting technologies and advanced search techniques preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred • Strong time-management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively preferred • Ability to use labor-market insights and recruiting data to support hiring discussions preferred • Proficiency in Workday and Yello for candidate management and workflow tracking preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred • Must be a U.S. Person, as defined in the posting • No security clearance required
