📋 Description

• Perform system configurations, customization, and maintenance within specific SAP modules • Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream • Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications • Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents • Work in cross-functional teams to integrate Operations with other enterprise applications • Lead or participate in ERP-related projects and align stakeholders around the digital solution vision, scope, schedule, and budget • Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities using standard application configurations • Promote best practices and drive business benefits • Provide knowledge transfer to post-go-live support teams • Travel based on business/project needs • Candidates may be asked to attend select interview steps in person at an office location

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and 10+ years of applicable work experience; OR Advanced Degree and 7+ years of applicable work experience; OR in lieu of a degree, 14+ years of applicable work experience • 5+ years of SAP configuration experience in the SAP Production Planning module • SAP S/4 Hana experience desired • Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills • Project management experience • U.S. citizenship required • SAP certification (ECC/S4) or equivalent experience preferred • Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape preferred • Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives preferred • Ability and availability to travel based on business/project needs
