📋 Description

• Capture requirements, design, test cases, and test procedures in accordance with program development plans and the objectives of ARP-4754B. • Integrate, validate, and verify system functionality in the lab. • Technical collaboration among systems, hardware, AEH and software design functions. • Assist in resolving technical problems that cross hardware and software functional domain areas. • 5-10% travel as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience. • Experience with safety critical system, hardware, or software development (e.g. DO-178C, DO-254, or ARP4754A/B). • Experience authoring and validating requirements. • Experience with the avionics equipment certification process. • Experience working with stakeholders to generate concepts of operations and use cases. • Experience authoring in-depth technical documents. • Experience working with and testing embedded hardware and software. • Experience developing automated tests utilizing scripting. • Excellent communication skills for both internal and external customers. • Adaptable to change, determined to accomplish tasks based on program schedule, collaborating with teammates to make the best decisions, enjoy learning new technologies, be self-motivated and contribute to a positive work environment.
