📋 Description

• Develop and deliver data, analytics, automation, and digital solutions • Translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools • Identify process automation and efficiency-improvement opportunities • Partner with engineers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems • Support adoption of AI/ML and digital engineering capabilities • Establish and improve data standards, processes, governance, and operational metrics • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate • Develop custom business applications using Power Apps • Manage and enhance SharePoint sites for collaboration, data storage, and workflow integration • Travel up to 10% as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • U.S. citizenship required • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 Power Applications, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or SharePoint • Experience with large datasets and data visualization • Experience using Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis • Ability to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • Up to 10% travel • Preferred: experience with Lean/CORE or other process improvement methodologies • Preferred: knowledge of data governance and data architecture principles • Preferred: experience developing dashboards, automated workflows, or data-driven applications • Preferred: exposure to AI/ML, digital engineering, or process automation • Preferred: experience with large or complex datasets • Preferred: strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Preferred: strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders • Preferred: curiosity and demonstrated interest in emerging technologies
