📋 Description

• Join Rula’s Provider Growth, Acquisition & Supply Management team • Ensure Rula has the right providers to meet patient demand • Drive impact on how providers find Rula, onboard, and build sustainable and flexible practices on the platform • Increase provider supply where it matters and reduce friction in provider care delivery • Shape provider growth and activation direction by bringing order to ambiguity • Design robust systems and deliver software that directly impacts provider experience • Identify problems, move quickly, and help build the right product solutions • Build and maintain scalable production web applications • Lead initiatives across multiple teams and influence technical strategy • Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring of junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related professional software engineering experience building scalable distributed systems • Strong full-stack engineering experience with modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems • Experience leading initiatives across multiple teams and influencing technical strategy without direct authority • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code in regular engineering workflows • Passion for fostering a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior engineers • Strong communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders around a shared vision • Experience building AI-powered engineering workflows, tooling, or automation is preferred • Experience driving projects end-to-end is preferred • Experience with Node.js, React, Typescript, Kafka, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred • Previous fast-paced, high-growth startup experience is preferred • Must be based in the United States; Hawaii is excluded • Must be currently eligible to work in the United States
