📋 Description

• Lead the Physical Security portion of assigned projects from planning through closeout • Manage vendors, schedules, critical milestones, spending, and project scope within approved budgets and security standards • Track schedule and cost variances and escalate items requiring approval • Identify project risks and dependencies and implement mitigation plans • Resolve day-to-day issues within delegated authority and escalate decisions with recommended solutions and impacts • Keep internal stakeholders and assigned resources informed of project status, milestones, risks, and decisions • Attend vendor and internal project calls and document decisions, action items, and commitments • Maintain archives of correspondence, photos, designs, vendor agreements, and closeout documentation • Manage passwords in accordance with company policy • Ensure version control, naming conventions, and document retention meet company standards • Review aging requests, service tickets, and projects and follow up with vendors or stakeholders • Create and maintain vendor dashboards tracking commitments and progress • Publish and improve internal dashboards and reports for leadership and project teams • Verify project and service closeout, including site confirmation, final invoicing, and updated records • Create and manage purchase orders and support recurring monthly revenue processes • Coordinate vendor invoicing and follow up on past-due balances • Reconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors and finance/accounts payable teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction, or a related field, or 3 years of professional experience in security or a related field, including project coordination, operations, or vendor management • One (1) year to Three (3) years or more in Project coordination • One (1) year to Three (3) years or more in Evaluation, design, and installation of physical security systems • Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in Professional experience in security or a related field • Advanced knowledge of physical security technologies, systems, and software platforms • Advanced proficiency with drawing review and markup tools, such as CAD software, Bluebeam, or Adobe Acrobat Pro • Advanced information technology and security best practices preferred • Advanced dashboard tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio, and KPI reporting preferred • Ability to travel 20-30% • Ability to organize competing priorities, adapt to changing needs, and follow through to completion • Ability to build productive relationships across organizational levels and communicate clearly • Ability to validate data, identify trends and dependencies, and investigate discrepancies • Ability to maintain accurate records and apply document-control standards • Ability to exercise discretion with sensitive site, vendor, and security information and follow authorized-access, credential-protection, records-retention, procurement, and ethical-supplier requirements
