📋 Description

• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Human Resources teams • Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements when necessary • Post job opportunities • Coordinate and participate in job fairs • Upload resumes into the hiring management system • Coordinate and/or schedule background screening, road tests, drug and alcohol tests, and safety orientation • Communicate professionally while maintaining confidentiality • Conduct employee orientations • Create ad-hoc HR reports and PowerPoint presentations • Order supplies and coordinate departmental purchases • Assist with disability management and timely completion and submission of short-term disability forms • Perform exit interviews • Update organizational charts • Support HR special projects and assignments • Create and maintain employee files • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to build strong customer relationships • Ability to multitask; highly organized with excellent time management skills • Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere strictly to confidentiality and high ethical standards • Flexibility and self-driven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices • Polished and professional demeanor with proven superior high-end customer service experience • H.S. Diploma/GED required • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred • 0 to 1 year of administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience preferred • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or iCIMS preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred • Intermediate experience managing communication and approach with internal and external customers at various career levels preferred • Intermediate experience dealing with executives and employees at all organizational levels preferred • Additional screening may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements
