📋 Description

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases • Review applications and screen candidates for qualifications and fit • Conduct virtual/video interviews • Process candidate offers accurately and promptly • Oversee pre-employment processes, including background checks and onboarding coordination • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday and other systems • Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout hiring • Follow up on outstanding items to complete hiring steps on time • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Self-motivated and results-driven • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Expected to work Eastern Standard Time hours and flex to meet business needs
