📋 Description

• Analyze and implement architecture and configuration changes for tool enhancements, maintainability, reliability, content management, automation, and system integration • Conduct technical research and analysis for new or enhanced dashboard, search, menu, user interaction, and artificial intelligence features • Assist with HTML/CSS updates and scripting needs • Troubleshoot technical environment issues and engage stakeholders in resolutions • Perform end-to-end testing and debugging of tool modifications and enhancements • Improve GUIs for a consistent look and feel in IT VoD according to customer requirements • Analyze customer feedback and comments and follow up on action items • Interface with the customer as needed • Research IT VoD feedback from the IRS and validate observations and follow up as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or relevant discipline (4 years of equivalent experience) • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust requiring U.S. Citizenship or Green Card • 5+ years' experience with IRS Business Processes, UI & Web Design, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, system administration, Java programming, network topology, Microsoft tools, SharePoint, Teams, and Content Management Systems • Ability to analyze artifacts such as documents, spreadsheets, and emails and provide input/feedback • Ability to independently design, develop, and maintain JavaScript-, HTML-, and CSS-based frontend applications • Ability to implement server-side logic and ensure seamless data flow between backend and frontend • Experience writing and executing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Experience debugging application issues and performance bottlenecks • Knowledge of system development methodologies including Agile • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
