📋 Description

• Build, manage, maintain, and scale operational infrastructure and supporting applications for the VA Medical Disability Exam program • Provide consulting and implementation support across the program • Design, deploy, operate, and maintain secure cloud products and services • Maintain and develop continuous build/integration infrastructure • Provide source control management and documentation • Create and maintain automated CI build processes for multiple environments • Write, build, and deploy scripts • Support CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance • Support full automation of CI/CD testing • Support CI/CD policies, standards, guidelines, governance, and related developer guidance • Enable release management by moving code from development and testing environments to staging and production • Collaborate with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support cloud infrastructure and tooling • Apply agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices to streamline product delivery and reliable operations • Identify opportunities to automate and increase efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 9 or more years of experience • AWS/Azure GovCloud experience • Scripting/automation skills • Proven background working in DevOps software development environments • Experience and knowledge in Agile software development with Scrum or Kanban • Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence • Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, or MS Azure • C-ATO • Security automation • Ability to obtain and hold a public trust position and favorable suitability based on Background Investigation • Preferred: Experience supporting Federal government, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments • Preferred: Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and FedRAMP
