📋 Description

• Execute full-cycle campus and early career recruiting • Identify student talent for internships and secure full-time hires • Represent Salas O’Brien within campus communities • Maintain and elevate campus and early career recruiting initiatives • Source, recruit, and manage annual hiring goals aligned with early career programs • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to support DOD SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes programs • Collaborate with the India talent partner for sourcing support • Work with the college programs team to expand early career opportunities • Establish relationships with alternative sourcing partners • Ensure a seamless candidate journey and uphold the employer brand • Provide recruiting progress reports and status updates to leadership • Gather and analyze student feedback to improve career fair and university event presence • Manage candidates through the UKG Applicant Tracking System • Use Handshake and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing campaigns • Attend national recruiting events and participate in professional development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in college or early career hiring • Problem-solving skills, especially in managing multiple events and competing priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, UKG, and Handshake • Willingness to travel up to 40%
