📋 Description

• Support the Federal Pursuits and Proposals Manager in coordinating and preparing complex federal proposals • Gather, organize, and review proposal materials for compliance with federal regulations and client requirements • Assist with internal and external kick-off meetings, track meeting tasks, and follow up on deadlines • Track proposal progress, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery • Contribute to federal proposals, including SF330 responses • Participate in Shipley-inspired color reviews and incorporate documented feedback into final drafts • Draft, technically edit, and write proposal content • Create, edit, and manage multiple SF330 sections, including Part IIs, according to priority • Create templates based on RFP requirements and format documents for final submission • Manually create proposal matrices and verify compliance with solicitation requirements and project details • Respond to client requests for additional information or clarification after submission • Track proposal status and support follow-up communications • Coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners • Maintain and organize proposal libraries, templates, and key documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in federal proposal coordination, particularly for A-E services • Experience managing multiple SF330 sections, including Part IIs, according to priority • Experience with federal contracts for agencies such as DOD, DOE, GSA, VA, or NASA preferred • Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements • Highly skilled in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign • Ability to coordinate multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • Familiarity with Shipley methodology and color team review process • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Extensive research skills, including market research, competitive analysis, and risk analysis • Ability to create and edit content without significant reliance on AI tools • Willingness to travel 10% for select meetings and conferences
