📋 Description

• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams for complex opportunities • Collaborate with business development, capture managers, solution architects, technical SMEs, operations, and functional professionals to plan and manage compliant, compelling proposal content • Support proposals for federal government Defense, Space, Civilian, Health, and Supply Chain and Logistics agencies • Participate in and contribute to solution development sessions • Lead and mentor proposal team members throughout the proposal process • Plan and organize proposal content for ease of evaluation and scoring • Chair color reviews and lead adjudication of reviewer recommendations • Coordinate with pricing and contracts • Oversee proposal production activities

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leaders, capture managers, and proposal support teams • Ownership mentality and accountability for Proposal Management responsibilities • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience • 8+ years of experience as a Proposal Manager for federal government proposals • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills • Track record of managing and winning large, complex proposals • Track record of managing and winning HTRO / scorecard proposals • Attention to detail • Ability to coach writers and manage proposal content • Comprehensive understanding of SharePoint, Shipley Proposal Process, and industry best practices • Ability to travel for proposal development and solutioning working sessions • Orals proposal experience preferred • Experience with proposal and growth-related AI tools preferred • Proposal Management training and/or APMP Certification preferred
