📋 Description

• Own the firm's opportunity pipeline strategy and prioritize pursuits based on fit, win probability, and strategic value • Build data-backed recommendations for leadership's final go/no-go decisions • Lead decision meetings with principals and business development leadership • Bring market intelligence and competitive analysis to pursuit decisions • Build win themes with principals and project managers • Oversee proposals, SOQs, and RFP responses for consistency and quality • Develop and maintain a content library of boilerplate, resumes, and past performance • Coordinate subconsultant and teaming partner input with the bid project manager • Lead interview preparation, presentations, and coaching • Set and enforce proposal QA/QC standards • Improve templates and processes to increase team efficiency and win rate • Work with business development and principal staff to align proposal strategy with business development goals • Own win/loss tracking and run lessons-learned debriefs • Report pipeline health and win rates to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AEC proposals/marketing within an engineering firm, architecture firm, or general contractor • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, architecture, engineering, or a related field • Track record leading complex, high-value RFP/RFQ pursuits from start to finish • Experience managing or working inside a proposal team • Advanced skills in InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint • Adobe Creative Suite is a plus • Executive presence and ability to hold position with principals • Strong writing and editing skills to turn technical detail into compelling narratives • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Employment may be contingent upon successful background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment requirements
