📋 Description

• Design and run hands-on internal technical enablement for Solution Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, and partner technologists • Build the curriculum, certification path, office hours, build labs, and champions network across regions and teams • Define standards for tested, governed, reversible, and explainable builds • Publish reusable reference patterns and build references from field work • Lead the hardest technical engagements and senior customer conversations • Explain the safety of technical changes to CIOs and other senior stakeholders • Bring field gaps, sharp edges, and useful patterns back to Product • Develop a network of technical leaders who can scale the capability independently

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in solution engineering, technical architecture, forward deployed engineering, or professional services, including time at the most senior technical level in a field organization • Deep working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its metadata, including Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, the Metadata API, packaging, and release management • Experience building with AI coding agents in daily work • Experience scaling a capability from a handful of experts to thousands of practitioners, with measurable impact on output • Established credibility with SEs, architects, and services leads through hands-on building • Ability to explain technical decisions to engineers, executives, and customers • Willingness to travel as needed • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Salesforce certifications at the architect level preferred • Experience building or running a technical community or champions program preferred • Experience across Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Data 360 preferred
