📋 Description

• Act as the conduit between go-to-market teams, customers, and product teams • Develop agent skills, references, and reference patterns to cover common customer requirements • Identify reusable patterns across customer requirements • Translate business requirements into technical capabilities and technical capabilities into business outcomes • Test solutions against real customer requirements and environments before field release • Track built and in-progress capabilities and report coverage clearly • Document and teach developed capabilities so the field can use them independently

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building on the Salesforce platform • Experience with Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and integrations • Experience shipping to production and supporting what was shipped • Business acumen and ability to identify customers’ real requirements • Ability to track coverage and progress and manage a program without supervision • Ability to translate business requirements into technical capabilities and technical capabilities into business outcomes • Experience building with AI coding agents in daily work • Pattern-thinking ability to identify reusable solutions • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Salesforce certifications are preferred: Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect • Solution engineering, forward deployed engineering, consulting, or technical product management background preferred • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Data 360 preferred
