📋 Description

• Drive platform adoption and innovation by selling the platform's value to new and existing ISV partners • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value • Build bespoke demos, vision prototypes, and proof-of-concept scenarios for ISV partners • Use AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude, Gemini, and Agentforce to rapidly create clickable working prototypes • Produce technical sales collateral, including pitch videos, solution briefs, and architectural diagrams • Collaborate with ISV partners to identify innovation opportunities and define application scope, value propositions, and technical roadmaps • Work with Partner Account Managers to understand partner requirements, qualify opportunities, and scope projects • Explore emerging technologies, platform features, and market trends to uncover partner needs and innovative solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical architecture, consulting, or a closely related customer-facing technical function • Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS/PaaS platforms, API-first development, and MCP • Proficiency in designing and building technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, potentially involving light coding or scripting • Familiarity with modern application development methodologies and developer tools • Ability to translate complex technical features into business benefits and compelling narratives • Strong presentation skills for product demonstrations and technical pitches • Active listening and questioning skills for partner discovery and solution scoping • Demonstrated history of shipping tools, automations, agents, or prototypes using AI or low-code platforms • Comfortable embracing ambiguity and building with AI • Ability to collaborate with Partner Account Managers, Product, and Engineering • Curious, inquisitive, adaptable problem-solving mindset • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues during demos or initial partner engagements • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Salesforce certifications are preferred, including Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentblazer/Agentforce • Experience in the Salesforce ISV/AppExchange partner ecosystem is preferred • Familiarity with Agentforce, agentic workflow design, Flex Credits, and prompt engineering patterns is preferred • Experience designing Salesforce-native managed packages or integrated solutions is preferred • Understanding of APIs, Tableau, MCP, or Data Cloud/Data 360 integration patterns is preferred • Experience building reusable enablement assets is preferred • Intermediate to advanced Salesforce platform knowledge is preferred • Deep understanding of the ISV business model, product lifecycle, and GTM challenges is preferred
