📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate backend services in a Java-based, event-driven microservices architecture • Use AI as a core part of the development workflow to deliver secure, optimized, high-quality code • Make technical decisions while the team learns and builds in parallel • Evaluate personal, teammate, and AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance • Help Salesforce Revenue Cloud Rating rebuild its event-driven microservices platform on Salesforce infrastructure • Support complex usage-based pricing at high volume and low latency

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of backend Java experience • Experience building and operating microservice and event-driven architectures • Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex • Prompt engineering skills to make AI-generated outputs reliable and production-ready • Ability to make sound technical decisions with incomplete information • Strong tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work independently • Ability to critically evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, and performance • Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems and complex business logic preferred • Experience with team or product integration following an acquisition preferred • Experience contributing to shared system context, documented design standards, and constraints preferred
