📋 Description

• Own the technical architecture and hands-on build for Enterprise customer engagements • Translate validated solution designs into working implementations • Design and build integrations between Slack, Salesforce products, and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms • Configure and extend Slack capabilities, including Workflow Builder, Slackbot skills, Slack AI, admin APIs, and custom apps • Partner with Solution Designers, Delivery Managers, and customer technical stakeholders to validate feasibility, scope technical effort, and identify risks • Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, integration specifications, configuration documentation, and deployment documentation • Lead technical workshops and deep-dives with customer engineering and admin teams • Troubleshoot issues and guide technical trade-off decisions • Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and scalability best practices • Support post-launch technical adoption, admin enablement, troubleshooting, and platform health checks • Build reusable technical patterns, accelerators, and AI-native tooling to improve delivery efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of technical architecture, integration engineering, or hands-on technical consulting experience, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services • Hands-on experience building integrations and custom solutions on collaboration, workflow, or CRM platforms • Strong working knowledge of Slack, including Workflow Builder, admin APIs, Slack AI, Slackbot/custom apps, and Salesforce core clouds and/or Agentforce • Hands-on experience with API-based architecture and integration patterns, including REST, webhooks, event streams, and middleware such as MuleSoft • Solid coding/scripting ability, such as JavaScript/Node, Apex, or Python • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills for translating technical decisions to customer technical stakeholders and delivery teams • Collaborative mindset and ability to partner with Delivery Managers, Solution Designers, and customers • Working knowledge of, or ability to quickly ramp on, the Salesforce Delivery Methodology • Natural curiosity, willingness to learn, and habit of sharing technical knowledge and reusable patterns
