📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and support network services and solutions for consulting clients • Mentor and share skills with others • Build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements • Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures • Execute large projects with Project Managers and Practice Leads on time and on budget • Provide leadership and communicate requirements for project success • Lead engineers and ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely • Serve as Lead Engineer on projects involving multiple technologies • Provide daily project updates on timelines, hours, resources, and concerns when applicable • Coordinate collaboration between business units to deliver a strong customer experience • Participate in team and customer meetings • Contribute to product selection, research, configuration standards, and best practices • Educate sales teams about products and services • Collaborate across regional and virtual practices • Stay current on new products and solutions • Grow technical expertise, leadership, certifications, and project experience according to the Engineering skills matrix

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical related field • Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience • At least two or more Professional level certifications: CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA • Experience designing and architecting network based solutions • Installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba network switching and routing products • Experience with IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS • Experience/best practices with routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, L2/L3 • Experience with Multicast and QoS • Outcome-focused mindset • Strong prioritization skills • Team player • Professional attitude and respectful demeanor • Maintain current vendor/industry-specific certifications • Meet annual billable hour goal as defined by HBS
