📋 Description

• Lead advisory, architecture, and delivery of enterprise Data Foundation engagements for Salesforce Professional Services customers • Run stakeholder interviews, current-state assessments, use-case and KPI definition, and discovery • Advise customer stakeholders and CxOs; shape business cases, expected outcomes, and maturity roadmaps • Assess data maturity and build phased, customer-calibrated roadmaps • Design, set, or approve target-state architecture across Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, and/or MuleSoft • Integrate Salesforce with customers’ existing multi-vendor technology investments • Validate architecture decisions through scoped proofs of concept • Deliver working, governed capability increments in each phase • Embed governance, quality, security, and privacy from the start • Build data foundations for analytics and agentic AI • Provide architectural governance, quality assurance, delivery-risk ownership, and dependency management across engagements • Apply AI tools including Claude Code, Gemini, Lucid AI, and NotebookLM throughout the engagement lifecycle • Build reusable prompt templates, skills, agents, accelerators, and reference intellectual property • Contribute patterns and assets to the practice playbook • Bring agentic-SaaS-future thought leadership into customer engagements and practice point of view • Establish stewardship, RACI, and sustainable customer operating models • Produce executive-ready summaries and detailed technical documentation • Provide hands-on technical guidance to Consultants, Architects, and, at Director level, Senior Advisors • Author and evolve the Data Foundation Delivery Playbook, accelerators, and reference IP at Director level • Deliver customer-billable engagement outcomes as a hands-on senior individual contributor, not an internal people manager

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on data experience for Senior Technical Architect level; 15+ years for Director level • Demonstrated delivery/leadership of enterprise data platform, MDM, integration, governance, or AI-readiness programs • Hands-on/deep expertise with one or more of Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, MuleSoft • Strong-to-authority-level data modeling and semantic/metadata modeling • Working-to-strong command of data governance, quality, security, and privacy, including GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA • Executive-grade communication and, at senior levels, proven CxO-level advisory experience • Ability to guide delivery teams and lead multi-workstream delivery • Experience integrating a vendor platform into heterogeneous/complex enterprise landscapes • Hands-on-to-deep fluency with AI-augmented delivery and reusable prompt/skill/agent assets • Forward-looking perspective on enterprise data, AI, and the agentic future of SaaS; recognized/published at senior levels • Certifications are preferred, not required • Preferred experience with unified identity and harmonization, MDM, unstructured data management, data architecture, integration, data trust, governance, industry data models, data platforms, analytics, BI, and observability • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, TOGAF, Informatica IDMC/MDM, DAMA CDMP, or CDMC • Preferred strengths include agentic AI/RAG delivery, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing expertise, reusable accelerators and prompt/skill/agent libraries, and enterprise-scale Professional Services/customer-facing advisory experience
