đź“‹ Description

• Manage and deliver product new-hire training • Manage the field team new-hire training program end-to-end in collaboration with the Head of Sales Training, sales leadership and regional field training personnel • Develop training content and delivery methods • Plan onboarding, training and certification for new hires throughout their tenure • Drive the National Field Trainer program to ensure team readiness and compliance • Manage the Field Site Training Event Program, including attendees, providers, coordination and outcomes • Build and deliver virtual content for new-hire cohorts between in-person sessions • Attend in-person training events, including cadaver labs, product launch meetings, and National and Global Sales Meetings • Serve as a subject matter expert in Spinal Cord Stimulation and Saluda Medical Closed Loop technology • Communicate with sales leadership regarding new-hire direct reports and adapt training plans to learning and business needs • Develop efficient onboarding processes with HR and other business functions • Develop and deploy engaging, actionable, scalable and results-driven training techniques • Assess and adjust curricula based on participant, proctor and trainer feedback • Develop assessment and evaluation methods to measure participant progress and training success • Create training agendas aligned with expected outcomes • Collaborate across functions to help new hires understand interdisciplinary team functions • Collaborate with Field Training, R&D and Marketing on product and technical training integration • Support commercial readiness for product launches with Upstream Marketing and R&D • Develop and support KPIs for sales training programs, track effectiveness and demonstrate financial ROI • Interface with cross-functional and global regional partners to determine education and training needs and facilitate business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or health-related field • 3+ years of experience managing training programs in the medical device industry • Medical device experience required • Neuromodulation experience preferred • Experience in medical device clinical support, sales and technical device support, and patient-facing roles • Sales experience preferred • MBA or applicable advanced degree preferred • Experience supporting and running training curriculums • Ability to manage multiple tasks for several trainees simultaneously • Strong organizational and tracking skills to manage multiple projects • Strong public speaking skills • Adaptability to a fast-paced and frequently evolving environment • Experience with Learning Management Systems • Knowledge of adult learning principles • Knowledge of instructional design a plus • Strong cross-functional experience • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and clinical and sales partners • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including sales and marketing leadership • Ability to support company policies, procedures, industry regulations and government guidelines, including FDA and AdvaMed
