📋 Description

• Develop Executive-Level relationships within your territory • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close • Demonstrate an excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns • Strategically outbound prospect • Bring the Internet of Things to mid-sized customers and communicate the benefits of sensor data • Manage typical sales of $20k to $250k involving POCs, multiple stakeholders, complex pricing negotiations, and executives/CXOs • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role • Experience selling full-cycle sales into complex environments, preferably within Public Sector - Local Gov, K-12, High Education • Strong track record of overachievement to quota • Cold calling, generating outreach, and building relationships • Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology • Ability to travel up to twice per quarter for onsites • Awards for top achievement are advantageous • Experience public speaking in front of executive-level personas is advantageous • Passion for closing large, complex deals
