📋 Description

• Oversee SNF and Senior Living locations across North Dakota • Provide overall leadership and administration for one or multiple long-term care locations • Lead daily facility operations and ensure effective utilization of staffing and resources • Develop strategic plans, including facility assessments, to enhance resident care and hold staff accountable for departmental goals • Oversee infection prevention and control, safety, quality assurance, and HIPAA compliance activities • Maintain resident care, safety, education, and community service goals • Enhance needed services and procure cost-efficient service delivery methods • Advise leadership on strategic responses to state and local healthcare environments • Guide facility-wide financial planning, budgeting, investment priorities, and policy matters • Lead and develop managers and staff in alignment with the enterprise mission, vision, and values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • Five years’ of administrative management experience required, preferably within a healthcare industry • Experience with the Medicaid/Medicare/Value Based Payment benefit programs required • Thorough knowledge and understanding of state and local healthcare regulations and standards • Thorough knowledge and understanding of local and regional economics and service needs within the industry • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business applications, legal documents, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations and statutes
