📋 Description

• Serve as the field subject matter expert on patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and related business issues in Dermatology • Act as a point of contact for Dupixent MyWay Patient Support Services • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts and assist the ABM as appropriate • Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs • Plan and implement geographic business plans supporting appropriate access to Dupixent • Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, Specialty Pharmacy, and Utilization Management criteria • Establish productive relationships with internal and external customer segments • Partner with Alliance colleagues to promote respect and customer focus • Develop relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and awareness • Conduct HCP office visits, educational programs, and problem-solving for escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact • Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rates for patients prescribed Dupixent

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare • Dermatology or respiratory and/or Market Access experience is a plus • Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary • Additional travel within the assigned geography required • Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork and working in a matrix and co-promote • Interpersonal skills including managing and resolving conflict and building strong working relationships • Ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast-paced environment • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills required • Achieve and maintain compliance with applicable Sanofi policies and procedures and regulatory and legal requirements • Valid driver's license • 50%-75% travel, depending on geography
