📋 Description

• Deliver outcomes for assigned projects • Work independently on topics and set priorities with sole responsibility • Enhance complex systems and processes • Communicate processes and policies clearly • Advocate for end users by understanding their needs, behaviors, and usage patterns • Promote user experience and integrate user-centered design methodologies into development efforts • Develop and provide systems, applications, products, and services to optimize or automate business processes • Improve work efficiency and provide expert operational support • Revise and update existing programs and provide documentation • Facilitate service and product lifecycles • Execute technical feasibility studies and solution reviews • Define and review technical blueprints for internal IT projects • Customize and develop enhancements • Implement solutions • Provide technical documentation • Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement • Participate in de-escalation activities • Contribute to Build to Run engagement and technical standards and frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation • Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation • Four (4) years of experience evaluating SAP architecture, identifying gaps, and implementing targeted enhancements • Four (4) years of experience administering SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ERP, NetWeaver, and databases including HANA, Oracle, ASE, and SQL Server • Four (4) years of experience guiding customers on business continuity, security, compliance, and networking • Four (4) years of full-cycle implementation support, including sizing, installations, configuration, go-live, maintenance, and operations • Four (4) years of experience managing system copy processes across homogeneous and heterogeneous SAP environments • Four (4) years of experience managing solutions across cloud environments • Four (4) years of experience delivering complex technical and business solutions • Four (4) years of experience supporting OS, Kernel, database, Java, and Support Pack patching, performance tuning, database capacity, and space management • Four (4) years of experience with pre- and post-go-live activities, cutover planning, UAT, and hypercare support • Four (4) years of experience fine-tuning SQL statements, workload analysis, and operating-system performance monitoring and tuning • Four (4) years of experience configuring and maintaining SAP integrations with third-party products • Four (4) years of experience consulting with computer operators or system analysts to resolve computer-system problems • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically to customer sites
