📋 Description

• Design HVAC systems • Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve HVAC engineering issues • Develop integrated commercial/industrial ventilation, control room HVAC, laboratory HVAC, chilled water, and heating systems • Support planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating detailed facility engineering design phases • Perform design calculations and develop detailed system designs • Prepare technical specifications for HVAC equipment • Prepare engineering studies • Support engineers, project managers, client personnel, and suppliers to ensure complete and timely designs • Assist senior engineers with reviews of existing facilities and propose upgrades and replacements • Present findings and recommendations to clients and peers

🎯 Requirements

• We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position. • BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission-approved program is required • 7+ years of relevant HVAC system, ventilation systems, heating systems, and chilled water system design experience for laboratory and/or industrial facilities • Proficiency in TRACE 700 or Carrier HAP • Ability to create design flow diagrams and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) • Prior knowledge of relevant codes and standards applicable to HVAC and ventilation systems • AutoCAD, CADME, MicroStation, PE license, and ASHRAE Membership are valued but not required
