📋 Description

• Represent SCP Health in core values, operational leadership, and hospital settings • Lead CRNAs and Anesthesia APPs clinically and operationally • Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, benchmarking, and participation in teaching and education initiatives • Foster client goals and support anesthesia practice management leadership • Identify and execute practice growth and development opportunities • Build effective partnerships with client hospital representatives • Participate in hospital process improvement and client consulting initiatives • Maintain awareness of financial implications of clinical operations • Coordinate with corporate personnel and support process improvement and IT initiatives • Assist Client Service Team leadership with troubled client relationships when mutually agreed • Monitor APP performance and provide feedback and coaching • Orient and mentor Regional Directors, Anesthesia APPs, and CRNAs • Oversee medical records completion, patient satisfaction, complaint resolution, patient throughput, and operational efficiency • Participate in provider risk reviews, quality assessment, CQI processes, and multidisciplinary studies • Advise on recruiting, credentialing, retention, billing, and reimbursement issues • Develop fully staffed, high-performing APP groups across affiliated hospitals • Achieve clinical quality, operational, financial, patient satisfaction, client satisfaction, and contract retention targets • Report to the President and coordinate with regional, clinical, operational, and corporate leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia (or equivalent Advanced Practice Provider program), required • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) through the NBCRNA • Valid, unrestricted state APP/CRNA license • Current, unrestricted APP licensure in applicable state(s) • National certification or recertification in good standing • Maintain certification for participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs • Maintain authorization by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration for a state of practice to dispense controlled substances • Ability to procure other state APP/CRNA licenses as needed, indicated or directed • Significant prior experience in anesthesia APP clinical leadership • Experience managing multi-site CRNA teams preferred
