📋 Description

• Administer organization payroll processing and collect payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records • Process employee, timesheet, benefits, and other payroll information in the payroll system • Process payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions • Collaborate with the Senior Payroll Manager on payroll paperwork, wage garnishments, and tax agency notices • Issue manual or replacement checks or direct deposits for payroll errors, returned deposits, or final discharge • Manage the payroll email inbox through the FreshDesk ticketing system and respond to payroll inquiries within 24-48 hours • Support biweekly, monthly, off-cycle, quarter-end, and year-end payroll processing • Prepare payroll reports for senior management or auditing purposes • Participate in problem solving and special projects within the Payroll Department • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of payroll experience required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Some college preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Proficient with or able to quickly learn payroll software • Workday and ADP Smart compliance experience preferred
