📋 Description

• Administer company policies, procedures, and documentation for People & Culture matters • Assist with recruitment efforts and prepare employees for assignments through orientation and training programs • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements • Manage FMLA leave and disability-related tasks and reporting • Work and transact within the Workday HRIS system • Maintain personnel transactions, including hires, promotions, compensation adjustments, transfers, and terminations • Aid and facilitate employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations • Assist with performance-recognition initiatives, engagement reviews, and other employee programs • Administer HRIS tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field • Five or more years of human resource administration experience required • Knowledge of labor laws, employment law guidelines and policies, and compliance regulations, including FMLA • Exceptional people skills and experience providing counsel/feedback • Ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization • Working knowledge of Workday or related payroll and HR management systems • Able to occasionally travel by air and/or ground overnight, as necessary
