📋 Description

• Create high-quality certification and training materials for independent agents servicing Liveops’ clients • Engage in all aspects of the ADDIE process • Manage assigned learning programs, including design, development, and on-time delivery • Collaborate with internal team members, client partners, and subject matter experts to translate business objectives into synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions • Plan, organize, and lead cross-functional meetings to analyze data, solve problems, make data-based decisions, and improve agent performance • Design and develop engaging instructional content using text, graphics, audio, video, interactions, and other media • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory • Develop and manage learning programs across healthcare, retail, utilities, sales, and other verticals • Use project and program management skills to manage deliverables, client reviews, prioritization, and delegation • Review and analyze agent performance data, surveys, training data, and program health metrics to identify trends and improve learning materials • Host train-the-trainer sessions for facilitators • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure curriculum effectiveness and learner performance • Collaborate with the learning team and contribute feedback, expertise, and continuous improvement • Participate in professional development and stay current with instructional design industry trends, technologies, and research • Oversee program design and delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives • Partner with stakeholders to refine training and evaluate its effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media or relevant program or certificate • Minimum 3 years’ experience designing training curricula and corresponding program elements, or 3 years of experience in a related field • Ability to write effectively for learners, peers, and leadership • Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and time management • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines • Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite • Strong portfolio of learning materials demonstrating varied development strategies and techniques • Ability to design effective, interactive simulations of client systems using eLearning software • Ability to gather, analyze, and act on results • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting • Ability to effectively plan, lead, and participate in virtual meetings in a distraction-free environment • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
