📋 Description

• Responsible for administrative, managerial and client relationships associated with Client Services within the assigned area • Ensure contract compliance with company guidelines • Handle accounts receivable, invoicing and pricing support • Maintain client knowledge, including threatened status and relationship with the company • Manage renewals and negotiate new contracts • Lead business planning and budgeting • Plan staffing needs, succession, bench strength, and new business • Support client, executive, internal, and business development relationships • Administer company personnel policies and follow staffing and training standards • Interview, hire, and establish colleague performance development plans • Conduct colleague performance reviews • Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation • Support quality programs • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred • Advanced degree and/or professional designations (CPCU, AIC, ARM) preferred • Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Three (3) years of Account Executive on national accounts experience • Five (5) years of claims/supervisory experience • In-depth understanding of workers compensation, liability and disability • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Leadership/management/motivational skills • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Ability to travel as required
