📋 Description

• Develop and execute change enablement and adoption strategies aligned with business goals • Engage stakeholders through targeted communication, learning resources, facilitation, and support • Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to embed change activities into project plans and timelines • Assess change impacts and organizational readiness; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Create and deliver tailored communications, toolkits, and resources for diverse audiences • Monitor and evaluate change initiative effectiveness using feedback and data • Provide light project management support, governance coordination, and implementation follow-through • Act as a trusted advisor and change champion promoting adaptability and continuous improvement • Coordinate enterprise communications, key events, and organizational readiness activities • Support technology adoption and innovation initiatives through awareness campaigns, learning opportunities, success stories, and communities of practice • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, communications or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred • Master's degree in a related field is a plus • Project management certification, such as PMP preferred • Eight (8) years of experience in change enablement, change management, organizational development, communications, adoption, project coordination, human resources, or a related role preferred • Internships, project-based experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Experience working with cross-functional teams preferred • Expertise in designing and executing change enablement and adoption strategies aligned with organizational goals • Ability to assess organizational readiness and change impact across stakeholder groups • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with project managers and business leaders • Skilled in developing mitigation plans to address resistance and risk • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands, and work effectively through ambiguity • Ability to influence without authority and build trusted partnerships across stakeholder groups • Experience supporting technology adoption, HR transformation, AI adoption, or HR technology initiatives preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
