📋 Description

• Qualify and manage a pipeline of 600+ inbound leads annually • Run discovery calls with Fortune 500 marketing teams • Assess business challenges, channel mix, digital maturity, and success criteria • Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, and Creative experts to develop integrated growth strategies • Lead pitch presentations and proposals for prospects up to the C-suite • Negotiate and finalize contracts with legal guidance • Manage the process from first contact through client kick-off • Ensure new partners are a strong values and capability fit • Deliver seamless handoffs to account teams • Contribute to the Seer blog, speak at industry events, and engage in professional communities • Track close rate, average deal size, and time-to-close • Contribute market and lead-conversion intelligence to the team • Track toward a $2M annual revenue target from inbound leads

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the US • Ability to work continental US-based hours • Depth of knowledge in digital marketing, including how SEO, paid media, analytics, and other channels interact • Experience building client or stakeholder relationships • Experience presenting strategy to senior decision-makers, including VP or CMO audiences • Ability to operate autonomously with a high-volume workload • Data-driven approach to qualification, case-building, and continuous improvement • Consultative client-work approach • Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information • Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or strategy development • Bonus: Background in Client Engagement, Account Management, or client-facing strategy with responsibility for organic account growth • Bonus: Experience in a digital agency environment pitching or contributing to pitches • Bonus: Familiarity with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Bonus: Hands-on channel experience in more than one discipline
