📋 Description

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Financial Services segment, aligning investments to bookings and pipeline targets • Translate business priorities into go-to-market initiatives supporting customer expansion and new logo acquisition • Assess market opportunities and recommend investment strategies based on business performance and market dynamics • Identify priority customers, buying groups and key opportunities with Sales, Customer Success and RevOps • Develop personalized campaigns supporting the customer buying journey • Lead planning and execution of industry events, executive dinners, customer experiences and campaigns • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Content and other marketing teams on relevant messaging and campaigns • Serve as primary marketing lead for Financial Services North America go-to-market leadership • Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities through business reviews, account planning and pipeline discussions • Advise Marketing teams on targeting and messaging strategy • Coordinate go-to-market programs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partner teams • Own reporting against pipeline and bookings • Track account engagement, pipeline progression, conversion metrics and program effectiveness • Partner with RevOps to identify pipeline gaps and improve conversion and sales velocity • Manage marketing budget and maximize investment efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of B2B marketing experience • Experience marketing to Financial Services organizations in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment • Experience across Asset Management, Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance preferred • Proven success developing strategies that generate pipeline and influence revenue in complex enterprise sales environments • Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success leadership to develop joint go-to-market plans and drive business outcomes • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles, buying group engagement and enterprise buying cycle • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies • Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance across the funnel • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
