📋 Description

• Build strategic relationships with OEMs, engineering leaders, and sourcing teams within electrification and industrial equipment manufacturers • Engage early in product development cycles to secure design specifications and preferred supplier positioning for Sensience sensing and sealing technologies • Identify unmet customer needs related to thermal management, pressure monitoring, and system protection; collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop optimized solutions • Track product development pipelines, emerging trends (electrification, automation, energy efficiency), and competitive positioning to develop targeted growth strategies • Coordinate across engineering, product management, and regional sales teams to align resources and accelerate opportunity development • Represent Sensience at exhibitions and networking events to strengthen brand visibility and customer relationships • Assist sales leadership with account planning, funnel management, and reporting on wins, losses, and market intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in electrification, power systems, industrial equipment, automation, or industrial sensing technologies • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field • Familiarity with temperature sensing technologies (RTDs, thermistors, thermocouples) • Familiarity with power electronics and thermal management • Familiarity with pressure sensing and monitoring systems • Familiarity with industrial equipment applications (motors, pumps, compressors) • Established relationships with OEMs, engineering teams, or sourcing organizations within electrification or industrial equipment markets preferred • Proven success in technical solution selling and specification-driven business development
