📋 Description

• Supervise assigned staff • Manage day-to-day billing and collections or reporting and audit activities of the assigned area • Participate in strategic planning for the department • Serve as a technical resource to team members • Assist with tasks as necessary • Communicate with supervisors, staff, patients, third-party payors and others to resolve problems and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• High School education (required) • 2 years of experience in Patient Financial Services (required) • Laboratory Billing experience (required) • Medical Terminology (preferred) • Customer Service • Data Entry • Epic Beaker (preferred)
