📋 Description

• Prepare for and deliver approved apprenticeship training and instructional programs using instructor-led, electronic/web-based, and multimedia methods • Conduct assessments and module exams through electronic testing systems • Facilitate performance tests in lab or jobsite environments • Maintain Craft Instructor certification status • Evaluate training and development program effectiveness using appropriate data collection instruments and procedures • Coordinate or perform administrative functions needed to deliver and document training programs • Report student performance and maintain accurate student records • Assist with distribution of Apprentice Tool Kits and PPE • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment • Work in classroom, equipment lab, or jobsite settings with approximately 30% travel

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent and/or completed Apprenticeship training program in the HVAC Trade • Minimum ten (10) years Journey level field experience in HVAC • Must complete ICTP and become certified Craft Instructors • Previous experience training technicians or installers is desirable • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced analytical, business acumen and critical thinking skills • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision • Ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional solutions • Proficient in Zoom and Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMs and Outlook • Project management and presentation skills • Ability to resolve complex problems and issues • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods • Strong desire to share knowledge and help others succeed • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree • Minimum Experience: 4+ years
