📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day pricing operations, including intake, prioritization, and execution of pricing change requests • Advise the field on ServiceNow pricing and product models, product configuration, programs, and policies • Recommend improvements to pricing frameworks, processes, and operations • Drive business model and pricing process innovation to accelerate growth • Strengthen sales effectiveness and compliance with global pricing policies • Build relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product teams • Plan and execute process improvement initiatives across pricing governance, approvals, and exception handling • Serve as the primary contact for product managers and partner teams navigating pricing and portfolio reviews • Own pricing and portfolio review documentation and keep policies current, accessible, and clearly communicated • Drive end-to-end operational rollout of pricing and packaging for major releases and interim updates, including requirements gathering, cross-functional planning, policy documentation, enablement, and launch

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in pricing operations or revenue management as a project manager or operations analyst • Ability to quickly absorb technical product details and translate them into pricing and packaging solutions • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to understand and evaluate business constraints while managing potential risk • Excellent knowledge of Cloud Go-To-Market and business models • Solid understanding of business process management best practices • Demonstrated results in managing price portfolios to hit financial targets • Strong data analysis skills using Excel • Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as PowerBI and Qlik • Experience with CPQ • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Prior experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally across many teams • Desired: business process design, QA, project management, and/or Agile SDLC experience • Desired: prior experience with the ServiceNow platform • Desired: prior experience as a user or administrator of cloud-based software
