📋 Description

• Conduct 25-minute phone consultations with prospective patients by listening empathetically, building rapport, navigating hesitations, and supporting enrollment in the Seven Starling Care Model • Manage prospective patient intake phone and text lines • Make 50–75 outbound phone calls to support patients with scheduling and intake form completion • Assist patients with intake form completion during consultation calls • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation in HubSpot CRM, complying with privacy regulations • Monitor individual KPIs, including conversion rates • Participate in ongoing training and development

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus • 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices • Direct patient experience in behavioral health care • Experience in high call volume or high volume patient interaction roles • Admissions, intake experience or consultative sales where you were measured against performance metrics/KPIs • Strong ability to balance empathetic support and professional boundaries
