📋 Description

• Architect and personally ship critical customer-facing product surfaces • Own frontend architecture, backend services, and infrastructure decisions • Write code across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers • Shape the platform, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and observability • Turn successful work into shared components, services, architectural patterns, design-system extensions, and platform building blocks • Mentor senior engineers • Lead architecture conversations • Remove engineering friction to improve team velocity and safety • Partner with Product and Design to deliver user-focused interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level React/TypeScript on the frontend • Deep experience building distributed backends in Go, Python, or TypeScript • Hands-on, architectural-level experience with GCP or AWS and Terraform • Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines • Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI • Proven track record designing scalable, resilient, and observable distributed cloud-native systems • Experience partnering with Product and Design to ship user-focused interfaces • Practical experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger • Experience with scalable testing strategies • 10+ years of experience with strong backgrounds in product engineering and platform/SRE work
