📋 Description

• Translate executive priorities into structured plans, operating rhythms, and clear execution ownership • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders on goals, timelines, dependencies, and decision points • Prepare leadership updates, business review materials, and executive-level communications • Establish and manage operating cadences, leadership meetings, follow-ups, action tracking, and accountability mechanisms • Analyze business performance, operational data, and stakeholder input to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and standards • Identify and mitigate operational risks through risk management strategies and contingency planning • Report operational performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership • Drive innovation in operational practices using technology and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or relevant work experience required • 7-10 years of experience in Business, Information Technology, or a relevant functional area • 4+ years of experience in a management position required • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events • Ability to travel 25% • Expert comprehension of a company’s market positioning, competitive dynamics, and operational processes • Expert ability to oversee and direct projects to completion • Expert ability to identify and mitigate risks • Expert proficiency in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships • Expert strategic planning and implementation skills • Expert team guidance and mentorship skills
