📋 Description

• Act as the primary, client-focused strategic partner for a portfolio of accounts and main point of contact • Build long-term client relationships to ensure client goals and satisfaction • Collaborate with content marketers, PR specialists, SEOs, social media community managers, affiliate marketing specialists, and designers • Leverage cross-functional insights to drive measurable organic growth, optimize performance, and demonstrate results • Develop and execute tailored, performance-data-grounded strategies across content marketing, digital PR, SEO, social media, and affiliate channels • Create monthly performance reports for multiservice clients, calculate growth metrics, and track KPIs • Prepare and lead biweekly client calls, quarterly business reviews, and annual renewal proposals • Present strategy and results to stakeholders up to the C-suite • Identify, propose, and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Help clients unlock the full value of Siege Media’s services

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years working in a similar agency role managing SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Affiliate Partnerships, and/or Social Media accounts • Pristine written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting strategy, performance, and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Ability to translate client goals into actionable strategies across SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Affiliate Partnerships, and/or Social Media • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable interpreting performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Data Studio for analysis and reporting • Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and guide clients toward solutions • Fluency in GEO / AI search, including LLM visibility and sentiment, as well as organic search metrics • Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Peec AI, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Data Studio • Track record of using AI to work smarter, preferably with Claude • Ability to provide quick first response times to clients, targeting approximately 2-hour turnaround during business hours via Slack and email • Must be US-based, as indicated by the application question
