• Manage cross-functional software implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to closure • Manage project stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, risks, and action items using meetings, meeting minutes, scheduling, forecasting software, and project management tools • Manage client and partner stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout projects • Provide reports indicating installation activities and maintain tight control of installation forecasts • Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries for timely and effective installation • Review purchase order transmittals for unusual service requirements and follow up with the appropriate function • Advise customers on facility requirements and changes, including Active Directory and domain requirements, IT security, power and network requirements, workstation layout, and server requirements • Actively support customers in implementing predefined concepts • Routinely work with high-visibility customers and projects • Manage multiple projects concurrently and identify and mitigate project risks
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strongly organized • Strong customer service acumen • Excellent conflict management skills and ability to manage escalations • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving • General knowledge of network design, software control systems, and server management • Proficient in E-mail, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired • Strong technical background required to manage competing interests • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of related experience, or master's degree with 1 year of related experience • Willingness to travel approximately 5–10% to visit customers, attend training, or participate in in-person meetings • Knowledge of software use and deployment in a healthcare environment, especially cancer care, is an advantage • PMP certification is an advantage • Candidate must reside within Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Vermont • Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
