📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the stack, from Agora interfaces to reliable backend infrastructure • Work closely with product, design, operations, finance, external partners, and customers to gather requirements • Prototype quickly and ship products with confidence • Reason about user experience, backend systems, API designs, and database schemas • Own products from initial prototype through launch, iteration, and ongoing development • Build foundational infrastructure for the future of money • Participate in a multi-stage interview process including screening, system design, live coding, technical, and behavioral interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience • 3+ years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js and a modern frontend framework, preferably React • Fluency with relational databases and SQL • Proven ability to ship production frontend and backend systems with high uptime and minimal maintenance burden • Strong product instincts and an eye for good design • Ability to work from Figma files and provide design feedback • Experience working directly with external partners and customers on requirements gathering, integration, and iterative feature development • MVP mindset and ability to scope milestones, ship, learn, and iterate quickly • Strong commitment to clean code principles and automated testing • Deep understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across product, design, and operations in remote, asynchronous environments • Preferred: experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments • Preferred: track record of prototyping and launching customer-facing products • Preferred: familiarity with performance profiling, latency reduction, and service-level adherence • Preferred: background in event-driven architectures • Preferred: expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana • Preferred: hands-on crypto experience, including onchain libraries, services, and blockchain infrastructure • Preferred: experience integrating with blockchain node software such as Geth or Solana validators • Must have working hours with a majority overlap with Eastern Time business hours • Must be physically located in Argentina
