📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for integration-related support • Perform root cause analysis on complex integration issues • Troubleshoot data flow issues and resolve configuration errors • Escalate bugs to Engineering when necessary • Lead data migrations and system transitions, monitoring for sync issues • Provide hands-on technical support to Customer Success Managers during implementation, migration, and support • Report bugs clearly with full context and ensure smooth Engineering handoffs and feedback loops • Create and maintain technical guides, troubleshooting resources, and runbooks • Support pre-sales technical discovery and answer integration-related questions during prospect calls

🎯 Requirements

• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex technical systems, including APIs, data flows, configurations, and logs • 2–5 years in technical roles such as integrations, implementation, technical support, web development, internal tools engineering, or solutions engineering • Ability to proactively tackle challenges and deliver solutions with minimal reliance on Engineering • Technical curiosity and comfort with debugging • Experience conducting root cause analyses and resolving complex technical issues • Experience creating clear, effective documentation for internal and external audiences • Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and adapt to ambiguity • Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams • Familiarity with Sage, Vista, QuickBooks, or similar ERP solutions is a bonus, not required • Familiarity with Procore, Textura, or GC Pay is a bonus, not required • Previous construction tech, SaaS, or B2B technical experience is a bonus, not required
